I also thought I would post a picture of my latest crochet project. I only started it about 2 hours ago and it’s the most complicated project I have undertaken to date, hope you like it.

Wow! What a beautiful fish tank. It looks as if it would be very calming to watch. And I’m in awe of your crochet skills: I have tried to learn from both You Tube and in-person lessons, and although I do all kinds of other crafts and can knit, I just can’t get to grips with crochet!

I couldn’t get to grips with crochet at first, but then I found The Crochet Crowd, Jayda’nStitches and Bella Coco on Tube and all of a sudden I got it. I watched for literally hours and it suddenly clicked. They all have complete beginner videos from how to hold the hook and do a chain. I found them easy to watch and learn from. I guess it’s a case of perseverance x
